E-Malt.com News article: UK: Green Kings announces additional listing

Green King announced on March 15 that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 250,000 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.

These shares will rank parri passu with the existing shares in issue and will be allotted in accordance with the exercise of options under the rules of the Greene King Save4Shares Scheme 2005 (125,000 shares) and the Greene King Executive Plan 2005 (125,000 shares).
