E-Malt.com News article: USA, CO & UT: Ska Brewing now has its beers distributed in Utah
Brewery news

Ska Brewing’ Utah lovers can now pick up the award winning beers locally after 21 years of only being able to buy directly from its neighbors to the east, Brewbound.com reported.

Flavor-packed flagship brews and robust reincarnations such as Decadent IPA, True Blonde Ale and Modus Mandarina, will be available in over forty state-run liquor stores. Select accounts will carry the popular Modus Hoperandi and Steel Toe Stout.

“Folks in Utah share our love of the outdoors and have a great sense of adventure, we think it will be a great fit for us,” said Kristen Muraro, Marketing Director at Ska. “It also makes sense for us to tighten up our regional footprint and have our beers available in our neighboring state.”

Distributed by Carlson Distributing, Ska beers will hit shelves this month. Ska is also available in 11 states including Colorado, Southern California, Arizona, Illinois, New Mexico and Texas.

Based in Durango, Colorado, Ska Brewing was founded in 1995 and produces over a dozen award-winning beers. Pioneers in the canned craft beer movement Ska Brewing is known for an array of styles in 12-ounce cans including Modus Hoperandi, Mexican Logger, Euphoria and Pinstripe.
