| E-Malt.com News article: The Netherlands: Heineken successfully places EUR460 mln of 9-year notes
Heineken N.V. on December 1 announced that it has successfully placed 9-year Notes with a coupon of 1.5% for a principal amount of €460 million. This amount was increased from the initial announcement of €400 mln due to the strong investor demand and brings the total volume of Heineken debt maturing in 2024 close to €1 bln.
The Notes will be issued under the Company's Euro Medium Term Note Programme and will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The proceeds from the Note issuance will be used for general corporate purposes.
BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and JP Morgan acted as book runners and Banca IMI, Crédit Agricole, MUFG, Rabobank and Santander as co-managers.
