Danish brewing force, Carlsberg A/S, announced on 14 July 2004 the delisting of Carlsberg Okocim, Poland. The Polish Commission of Securities and Exchanges has approved that Carlsberg can delist its Polish subsidiary Carlsberg Okocim S.A. from the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Carlsberg owns 93.73 % of Carlsberg Okocim. The decision comes into force 14 days after Carlsberg Okocim has received official confirmation from the Commission of Securities and Exchanges. The trading of Carlsberg Okocim shares will then cease and the company will be delisted from the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
