E-Malt.com News article: USA, KS: Central Standard Brewing to open in Wichita on August 21

Andy Boyd and Ian Crane are just a few weeks away from officially opening their new Central Standard Brewing to the public. They have passed all their inspections, finished all their construction and have brewed lots and lots of beer in anticipation of August 21, which they have chosen as opening day, Wichita Eagle reported on July 28.

The brewery will be set up in a 4,000 square foot building at 156 S. Greenwood in Wichita, at the corner of Douglas and Hydraulic across from Hyde Park. When it first opens, it will have IPA, pale ale, sour beers, a Belgian triple and a Saison on tap. More beers will be added later.
