Twelve Rounds Brewing Co., a new brewery in East Sacramento, prepares for its soft opening on August 1, according to the business’ Facebook post.

"We will only have a couple of beers on tap and no restaurant yet. Parking may be difficult," it says. "Please be patient with us. This is our first business venture."

Dan Murphy and Elle Murphy own the brewery, which is located at 866 57th St. in East Sacramento. It has a boxing theme, which pays homage to Dan Murphy's Irish heritage and his father, who was an amateur boxer when he was young.

The owners plan to eventually add a restaurant as part of an expansion phase. The restaurant will include a partnership with Sacramento's Red Rabbit Kitchen & Bar.
