E-Malt.com News article: USA, MA: Bentley Brewing Company coming to Southbridge

To celebrate the official kickoff of Bentley Brewing Company, brewers Mike Lynch and Adam Golka will be hosting a tasting of their beers in Southbridge on February 8. They will be filling growlers and offering samples of their Bentley IPA, Southbridge Ordinary Bitter, and select brewery-only releases, Boston.com reported on January 22.

Bentley’s Southbridge Ordinary Bitter combines traditional British Maris Otter malt with Sterling hops.

“It balances plenty of flavor and drinkability,” says Lynch. Bentley IPA is an American style IPA, with Nugget, Columbus, Chinook, and Apollo hops.

Bentley Brewing shares the same building with the Dark Horse Tavern, who is hosting the grand opening. The brewery operates in a 10-barrel capacity brewhouse in downtown Southbridge.
