Brewery news

Nebraska Brewing has started the operation of a new production brewery in La Vista, Nebraska. According to the company, the new brewery will expand its annual production from 1,500 barrels to 10,000 barrel range. It will also enable the company to add 12 oz cans to its product line, Drinks Business Review reported on January 22.

The new brewery will also include a tasting room and retail aspects. It will accommodate brewery tours.

Initially, Nebraska Brewing will introduce Brunette Nut Brown Ale, EOS Hefeweizen, Cardinal Pale Ale, India Pale Ale and select seasonal beers in 12 oz cans from this new brewery.

All other beers produced currently will be brewed within the existing Papillion brewpub and will be available in draft only.

Besides this, the company is set to expand the distribution of its beers to Iowa, Connecticut, Maryland, Washington DC, and Arizona in collaboration with Doll Distributing, Craft Beer Guild Distributing of Connecticut, Legends Limited Distributing, and Quail Distributing respectively.

Nebraska Brewing also expanded its footprint to the Los Angeles market with the acquisition of Eldorado Distributing by Craft Beer Guild Distributing of California.
