McAuslan Brewery announced on February, 5 the release of a seasonal beer created in collaboration with a new television show from one of Quebec’s most prominent chefs.

St-Ambroise Érable is a maple beer created by McAuslan to mark this week’s premiere of Un Chef à la Cabane, a new Télé-Québec series.

St-Ambroise Érable is currently available in Quebec as part of the La Grande Selection, a mixed 12-pack that also includes bottles of St-Ambroise Pale Ale, St-Ambroise Apricot Ale and Griffon Extra Pale Ale. It will also be available on draught at select locations in Quebec and Ontario.
