E-Malt.com News article: USA, CO: Fate Brewing to open craft brewery in Boulder this fall

Officials for Fate Brewing Co., one of at least five Boulder craft breweries in the planning stages, announced on August, 22 plans to open a full-service restaurant and full-production brewery in the late fall.

Fate Brewing is expected to open in a 7,000-square-foot space. Mike Lawinski, who has worked for Big Red F Restaurant Group for 10 years, founded Fate Brewing, which is expected to operate a full-service restaurant in addition to being a full-production brewery.

Fate Brewing intends to distribute its beer to liquor stores, restaurants and bars throughout Colorado in addition to providing beer at its restaurant. Fate Brewing has plans to produce five core beers and, in addition, numerous special releases. The restaurant, which will have 30 tap lines, also is expected to serve other craft beers.
