E-Malt.com News article: Ukraine: Ukraine Brewery Holdings transfers 10% stake in Miller Brands Ukraine to another SABMiller-controlled company

Ukrainian Brewery Holdings Ltd. controlled by SABMiller has reduced its stake in Donetsk-based private joint-stock company Miller Brands Ukraine from 99.9% to 89.9%, the company reported in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market on March, 1.

The press service of Miller Brands Ukraine said the 10% stake was transferred to another company also controlled by SABMiller.

"Thus the transaction was a formal one and today SABMiller retains control over private joint-stock company Miller Brands Ukraine," the press service said.
