E-Malt.com News article: Canada, BC: Arrowhead Brewing to open in the Columbia Valley
Brewery news

A new brewery will soon be operating in Invermere, a small community in the Columbia Valley in eastern British Columbia near the Alberta border, Canadian Beer News reported on February, 19.

Arrowhead Brewing is being started by two couples - Leanne & Shawn Tegart and Michelle & Jared Babich – with help from consultant Larry Kerwin, currently brewmaster at Village Brewery in Calgary.

The brewery is currently under construction, and recipes are being developed for Arrowhead’s two flagship beers, a blonde and a dark ale. Seasonal brews will also be offered.

Arrowhead’s first batches of beer should be available on draught by the May long weekend. A canning or bottling line is planned to follow by late summer.
