Jiangsu Yanghe Brewery Joint-Stock reported that its net profit rose 69.96 percent year-on-year to 1.814 billion yuan in the first half of 2011, Chinese Business News communicated on August, 23, citing a company filing.

Revenue increased 76.99 percent year-on-year to 6.172 billion yuan during the reporting period. Revenue from Jiangsu province alone jumped 73.01 percent year-on-year, while earnings from other provinces rose 84.08 percent year-on-year during the reporting period.

Yanghe Brewery will optimize its product structure in the second half of 2011. It predicts its net profit will rise between 50 and 70 percent in the first three quarters of 2011.
