E-Malt.com News article: Germany & United States: German brewer starts exporting its Black Art beer to the US

Black Art Beverage, Inc. and Braustolz Brauerie AG announced on June, 24 the debut of the Black Art brand in the United States market.

The initial brand launch will include the flagship Black Art beer and Black Art Gold in 11.02 oz and 16.9 oz bottles. Black Art plans on introducing other styles and draft keg beer in the near future.

Thomas Woelfel, Export Manager for Braustolz Brauerie AG, stated, "We are extremely excited to engage the United States market with the Black Art brand. The Kulmbacher family of beers has been a favorite in Germany for over 140 years and won several awards for their superior taste and quality. We are confident that the American consumer will embrace and support the product."

Black Art pilsner beers are brewed and bottled by Braustolz GmbH. Braustolz is a wholly owned subsidiary of a Brewery Group headed by Kulmbacher Brewery all based in Germany.
