E-Malt.com News article: Denmark: Carlsberg's House of Beer to Distribute Budvar

The Carlsberg Group and Budejovicky Budvar have entered into an agreement about the distribution of products from the Czech brewery, according to Danish brewer’s press release, October 24.

In Denmark Carlsberg via House of Beer takes over the distribution of products from Budejovicky Budvar from January 1. 2008.

So far the co-operation between the two breweries includes Finland, Sweden, Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia and Czech Republic.

The distribution agreement means that House of Beer concretely strengthens its portfolio with two products from Budejovicky Budvar: Premium Lager and Dark Lager.

House of Beer A/S was founded as an independent limited liability company in 2002 with Carlsberg Danmark as its only owner.
