Alberto Frausin (50) has been appointed CEO of Carlsberg Italy, according to company’s press release, September 17. He has extensive experience in consumer goods companies, both in Italy and internationally. Alberto Frausin has worked for Kraft, Johnson Wax, Ferrero in several sales and marketing positions, and Manetti & Roberts, Zambon and Galbani in General Management. Most recently in the position of CEO of Galbani, market leader in cheese business in Italy and a growing presence in Europe. Alberto Frausin has a degree in economics.

He will start in his new position 1 October, replacing Boguslaw Bartczak who has decided to leave the Carlsberg Group to return to his homeland Poland.
