It’s the last chapter for Bookhouse Brewing, Fox8.com reported on November 20.

The Ohio City brewery announced it was closing its doors at the end of the year after “a significant decrease in revenue in 2025.”

They’re going to celebrate their final weeks at the location.

“Join us, won’t you, to enjoy a pint and a hearty handshake, a celebration of all that we’ve accomplished, an occasion to gather with family and friends,” Bookhouse wrote in a post.

The business opened in 2018.

“We are so overwhelmed with gratitude for your patronage and encouragement through these hard post-pandemic years.”

Still to come, beer releases for 2025: Modern Craft Pils, Celestial Spirit IPA, and Whoops! Lil Juicy NEIPA.

“We have already brewed our final batches, and these new releases will be out in the remaining weeks of November,” Bookhouse shared.

Their last day of business is set for December 31.

“Please know that though it is always hard to say goodbye, our intention is to do so with all the love and joy that appreciation for community and culture engender.”
