If you are interested in one or several offers listed here and you want to accept them directly, you should click on button "Buy now" and fill out the acceptance form. You will receive the confirmation contract of your transaction and detailed information about the seller within maximum 24 hours.

If you are interested in one or several offers listed here but some parameters of the offer are not satisfactory, then you may want to counter with a bid, by clicking button "Bid now". If the seller accepts your bid, the transaction is concluded and you will be informed by e-mail about the acceptance (or rejection) of your bid.

If the seller accepts your bid, you cannot refuse the conclusion of the transaction, therefore, giving a bid is a serious engagement for business conclusion, according to our Trading Rules, Trading Rules for Agents and Terms and Conditions.

Malt offer form, which allows you to register your malt offer including your own specific parameters (barley variety, quality specifications, conditioning, parity, delivery period, tonnage, price, financing, trading system, trading period etc.)

The trading system chosen by you, will define the negotiation price of your malt offer.

If you chose fixed price system, the price that you fix in your malt offer form will remain unchanged during the whole trading period.

If you chose spread price system, e-malt will list your offer first at the higher target price (2% higher than your price fixed by you in the form) and lower the price each day on a pro rata basis for the specified trading period until the offer is accepted (but not lower than the price fixed by you in the form).

After registering, your malt offer will appear in our trading list (View all malt offers) within maximum 24 hours and will be available during the trading period chosen by you.

You will conclude a transaction if:

  1. There is a buyer which accepts directly your offer or:
  2. There are bids on your offer and you accept one of them. You will receive the information about bids for your offer by e-mail.

Malt offer form, which allows you to introduce for account of your client a malt offer including your client's own specific parameters (barley variety, quality specifications, conditioning, parity, delivery period, tonnage, price, financing, trading system, trading period etc.)

The trading system chosen by you, will define the negotiation price of the malt offer.

If you chose fixed price system, the price that you fix in the malt offer form will remain unchanged during the whole trading period.

If you chose spread price system, e-malt will list the offer first at the higher target price (2% higher than your price fixed by you in the form) and lower the price each day on a pro rata basis for the specified trading period until the offer is accepted (but not lower than the price fixed by you in the form).

After registering, your offer will appear immediately in our trading list ("View all malt offers").

You will conclude a transaction if:

  1. There is a buyer which accepts directly the offer or;
  2. There are bids on the offer and you accept one of them. You will receive the information about bids on the offer by e-mail.

Once the offer is accepted or you accept a bid on the offer, you will receive, within maximum 24 hours, the confirmation contract of your business conclusion and detailed information about the buyer.

Agents and E-Malt operate on a shared commission, hereof Agents receive 60 %, e-malt S.A. 40 %

As the Agent acts on behalf of the Seller, it is the Agents duty to collect the commission and to pay the 40% of the total commission to e-malt S.A.

When an Agent concludes business, he carries the full responsibility of contract execution towards seller and buyer, and also of transmittance of contracts and commission invoices.

The trading agent should keep E-Malt s.a. informed about delivery schedule.

You can delete a specific offer, registered by you recently, but only, if this offer is not yet published in the trading list (View all malt offers). If a specific situation occurs, please send a message to the website manager: info@e-malt.com

Trading Agents can delete a specific offer, registered recently (at "Delete a malt offer"), at any time.
